For our client, we are looking for a Service Delivery Equipment Coordinator.
This role is within a company that provides products and services for both onshore and offshore operations throughout the entire well lifecycle, including exploration, development, production, and decommissioning. The successful candidate will work within the oil field services department.
Collaborate for Success
As a Service Delivery Equipment Coordinator, you will oversee a range of tasks daily, including:
- Ensuring that tasks are completed using the appropriate equipment, tools, spare parts, and other resources in line with technical plans and contract requirements.
- Monitoring job activities, asset availability, and inventory levels of critical components to meet project deadlines.
- Addressing challenges related to equipment and tool rentals, ensuring alignment between availability and technical plans for various regions.
- Working with engineering or technical management to align equipment availability with job designs.
- Managing rental tool and equipment transactions using SAP systems to support project needs.
- Coordinating with various business areas and senior management to provide timely updates on urgent requirements.
Key Skills
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- SAP experience is beneficial.
- Oil & gas experience is helpful but not mandatory for an understanding of industry tools and equipment.
